The Founders' Club is currently offered to customers in the Czech Republic; the Czech page and Czech terms apply. Ordering, the bank-transfer form and the poll are on podporit.php; this page is a summary in English.
Circle is not publicly released yet; Club membership is a service on this website, independent of the app. For a one-off payment of 199 CZK you get a thank-you that is visible and a vote that counts — nothing that changes how Circle treats you. Everything that cannot be bought is listed below.

Your number and nickname in the Founders' Hall on this website, for as long as the site runs.
A vote on appearance
One advisory vote in each announced round of the poll on the next collection of frames, themes and bubbles. We announce rounds on an ongoing basis, at least twice a year while the app is in development. If no round takes place during your membership, you may withdraw from the contract and we will refund the full amount.
No trace in the app
No badge, no Circle+, no beta. A founder's account is no different from anyone else's.

Membership exists only on the website – no badge, Circle+ or beta access is part of it. The Founders' Club Terms (Czech) apply.
What we never sell
Money never buys you in Circle:
- trust, reach or Trust Score,
- profile verification or safety features,
- Circle Openings — openings are not for sale,
- badges and seasonal items in Circle+ — they will never be there.
The Founders' Club leaves no trace in the app: no badge, no Circle+, no beta access. It is a thank-you on the website and an advisory vote on appearance.
Founders' Hall
Every paid membership receives a sequence number. A nickname is shown only with consent and after manual approval; founders who did not consent appear as a number.

Poll on appearance
Founders vote with the code from their confirmation e-mail — one code, one vote per round. The poll is advisory and concerns appearance only (collections of frames, themes, bubbles); rules, moderation and safety are never put to a vote. The current round (2026-10, closes 31 October 2026) and the voting form are on the Czech page.
Terms and seller
The contract is governed by the Founders' Club Terms (Czech, version 1.0 of 27 September 2026), which is the binding text. In short: the price is final; you may withdraw within 14 days of concluding the contract without giving a reason by e-mailing info@digital-ecosystem.cz from the address used when paying, and the full amount is refunded within 14 days by the same method; complaints are handled within 30 days.
The seller details will be added before the Club opens.
